Strawberry Shortcake 

Thick Slice of Vanilla Pound Cake or any cake of Choice

Top with 1 scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream

1 Tablespoon of Madear's Good Ole Strawberry Jam

 Top it off with Whipped Cream

 

 

Glaze for Grilled/Baked Meats  

1 Bottle of your favorite original BBQ Sauce

1/2 of Jar or to your taste of MaDear's Carribbean Heat Jam

Grill your Chicken to perfection, Brush glaze over Meat

Grill 3 to 5 minutes more

Serve with your favorite veggie!

 

 

Frozen Pineapple Mojito Beverage

Place 1 cup of clear Alcohol (Rum, Vodka, Gin, Tequila) into a blender

2 tablespoons/ or more of Madear's Pineapple Mojito Jam 

1 cup of Ice

Blend until slushy.

Pour into your glass and enjoy!  

Optional:  Dress the Rim of your glass with sugar and fresh grated Mint.

*Moist the Rim of your glass and dip into sugar and mint mixture, then pour your drink into glass.
